A 2010 VC Rocks Make and Take for Operation Write Home presented by Loni Holt

Supplies: 
Stamps: Sprinkles, Whimsical Words
Ink: Brilliant Blue, Real Red

Paper: Brilliant Blue (8 1/2 x 5 1/2  folded to 4 1/4x 5 1/2  as card base; plus scrap); Real Red 4 x 5 1/4; Whisper White 5 x2;5x 1 3/4; scrap.

Accessories: Sponge; 3/4 inch Real Red polka dot grosgrain ribbon; Stampin' Dimensionals; SNAIL adhesive; Curly Label punch; Big Shot; Perfect Polka Dots Textured Impressions folder; Movers and Shapers with Punch Windows; Real Red Stampin' Write marker

Directions:
 1. Take 5 x 2 whisper white and run through the Big Shot using the Perfect Polka Dots Textured Impressions folder.
2. run scrap of brilliant blue through the Big Shot using the Movers & Shapers and Punch Windows - Curly Label
3. Stamp scrap of whisper white with the Sentiment from Whimsical Words; then punch out using the Curly Label hand-held punch
4. Sponge real red along edges of curly label created in #3; then adhere on blue punch created in #2 and set aside.

5. Take 5x2 Whisper White and run thru Big Shot using perfect polka dots texture folder
6. Stamp 5 x 1 3/4 Whisper White using the heart images from Sprinkles with Brilliant Blue and/or Real Red... my sample shows only Brilliant Blue; then using the Real Red marker, you can fill in the blue dots and/or hearts.  
7.  Layer the Whisper White from steps 5 and 6 to the 4 x 5 1/4 piece of real red.
8.  Add ribbon to Real Red layer created in Step 7
9.  Layer Real Red layer to Brilliant Blue Base
10. Adhere curly punch label from step 4 using Stampin Dimensionals
