2010 Last Call to Join

TODAY, May 30, 2010, is the LAST day to submit your application to join VCRocks for this season!

What is VC Rocks?  VC Rocks is a virtual celebration of the rubber stamp company Stampin' UP! Our annual celebration runs from mid-April through August.


Its a CELEBRATION of Stampin' UP!'s new catalog release and annual convention for demos and customers, an expression of our ENTHUSIASM for Stampin' UP!'s new stamps and products, a SHARING of creative stamping and scrapping ideas through swaps, make and takes, challenges and classes, SUPPORT for our SU demos with swaps and ideas for their business and ENCOURAGEMENT of friendships based on our common interest in stamping and Stampin' UP!

Be warned, this is a HIGH VOLUME email list -AND- there is a Participation requirement as follows:

Activity Requirements for VC 2010



Objective: To encourage active participation by all members of VC Rocks in an enthusiastic atmosphere. To offer a variety of activities to VC members based on different rubberstamping needs and personality types.


1. Every member of VC will need to fulfill the requirements to earn at least one Badge by July 20. Completed means all obligations were fulfilled on time (or a time agreed upon in advance by the appropriate coordinator).


2. Eligible badges include:
a. Swap Fairy (complete 2 card swaps in May)
b. Swap Princess (complete 2 non card swaps in June)
c. Swap Queen (complete 10 or more swaps total)
d. Postage Princess (host one swap to completion)
e. Rocker Spirit (post 2 make and takes or 2 biz helpers)
f. Blog Hopper (participate in 2 or more VC blog hops)
g. Ray of Sunshine (complete 2 of 3- welcome team, charity donation, prize donation)
h. Teacher’s Pet (teach 2 VC classes)
i. Social Butterfly (hotel roomie box sent and one floor activity)
j. Pinball Wizard (participate in 2 or more games/contests)
k. Beary Best (VC coordinator/leader)


3. Required participation will be measured in badges earned. Each member will need to fulfill the requirements to earn at least one badge.


4. Badges earned will be submitted to Kimm by the appropriate coordinator for each activity.


5. Any member not earning one VC Badge by July 20th will be removed as a member of VC Rocks for the remainder of 2010.


6. Individuals removed in 2010 for lack of participation may reapply for membership the following year.
7. Any member not fulfilling their swap commitments can be removed (or restricted) from the group.
