Let a different moderator change the blog and we get a tropical theme...I guess after 300 emails on the first day we NEED to rest our eyes on something peaceful and calming, so she made a wise background choice.

But Palm Trees don't convey the energy and zany-crazy-ness that is such a big part of VC.  If you use a separate email address for your VC mail, get in there and start reading before it overflows  The ladies that made opening day were chatty (many of our regulars haven't reported in yet).
