Stamping with Bleach

Stamping With Bleach - another great Make and Take by Carolyn Sharkas

You will need:

Bleach

Small container to use for inkpad

Paper Towels

Basic Black Ink

Lots of Tags Sizzlet Set.

Big Shot

Large Oval Punch

Fifth Avenue Floral Stamp set

Sentiment of your choice to fit large oval

Embossing gun

Pretty in Pink card stock

1 pc 8.5 x 5.5 folded in half for card base

1 pc scrap to punch small oval

Basic Black card stock

1 pc 5.25 x 4

1 pc scrap large enough for tag sizzlet

Real Red card stock

1 pc 5 x 3.75

Directions:

1. Stamp Sentiment onto your scrap of Pretty in Pink card stock with Basic Black Ink and punch out with Large Oval Punch.

2. Using Your Big Shot, run scrap of Basic Black through with label sizzlet, then adhere sentiment to that and set aside.

3. Fold paper towels and lay in bottom of small container.

4. Carefully pour bleach onto paper towel until soaked but not puddled, this will act as you ink pad.

5. Ink up your flowers in the bleach and randomly stamp onto Real Red Card stock leaving room on bottom left corner for sentiment.

6. Heat set this piece when it bleaches to the point you like the way it looks, with your embossing gun. This will stop the bleaching process.

7. Assemble card as shown, Basic Black on Pretty In Pink, Real Red on Basic Black and sentiment in bottom left corner.

Another easy card and great technique! Thanks for looking!
