Accessories: Standard wheel handle and either cartridge inked with Real Red or Real Red ink pad; Real Red 1/4 inch grosgrain ribbon

Instructions:

Wheel 5 x 3 3/4 whisper white with Cheers wheel in real red ink; layer on Concord Crush 5.25 x4; layer on 5.25 x 5.5 real red card base.

Stamp sentiment from Occasional Quotes in Real Red on 2x2 Whisper White; tie real red grosgrain ribbon; layer on 2.25 x 2.25 Concord Crush; use Stampin' Dimensionals to layer on finished card base.

Occasional Quotes also has a sentiment "Birthday Wishes" that can be used on the card face -or- on the inside.
