Instructions:

Stamp the cupcake image on the Whisper White cardstock with the bottom of the stand about 1/4 inch from the bottom of the cardstock. Stamp the birthday greeting at the top. Use the Stamp-a-ma-jig if you do not trust your eyes. I actually used Stazon Timber Brown, but SU does not sell that. Color the stamp in with the colors selected above or your favorites. Place the cardstock in the Powder Pals tray. Dab a little 2-way glue on the cupcake icing. Or for fluffier icing use Crystal Effects, it just takes a little more time to dry. Liberally sprinkle the Dazzling Diamonds over the glue. Knock off the extra and return the unused glitter to the container.

Layer the Whisper White cupcake on the Melon Mambo (2.25 x 3.5 inch) with SNAIL. Layer that on the Chocolate Chip (2.5 x 3.75 inch). Set aside.

Roll the Cupcake wheel on the Pretty in Pink ink pad several times to cover the entire wheel. I used my ink pad instead of the roller ink cartridge because it left a softer image on the cardstock. Roll the wheel across the Pretty in Pink (4 x 5.25 inch) cardstock. Reload and roll cute cupcake stripes across the cardstock.

Punch the Melon Mambo (1.25 x 4 inch) with the Scallop Border Punch along one of the 4” sides. Layer the Melon Mambo on the Chocolate Chip (1/2 x 4 inch) so about 1/8 inch of the Chocolate Chip shows above the Melon Mambo. Layer the band approximately 1/2 inch from the bottom of the Pretty in Pink with SNAIL.

Wrap approximately 5.5 inches of Melon Mambo Polka Dot Grosgrain ribbon around the MM/CC band. Do not tie a bow. Use the second piece of ribbon (with angled ends) to tie a knot in the middle of the first piece of ribbon.

Use adhesive to attach the cupcake layer on the Pretty in Pink layer. Adhere that to the Chocolate Chip cardstock (5.5 x 8.5 inch) that has been folded in half and pressed with a bone folder.
